Clearly, long wait time for it to arrive after winter storm. But worth the wait. Benito was super responsive and keep us up to date. Install went smoothly. Already used it a few time when we lost power in misc smaller storms. Cutover went smoothly and at some points in storm didn't know if we were on backup power or utility company power, but we had power.
